Returns Policy

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Shoes must be tried on indoors on carpet. Note: Sale items cannot be returned.

Return Process: Initiate a return by contacting us at service@goettinshoes.com.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges not related to quality issues.

Damages and Issues: Immediately inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and address the issue.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been used, show signs of wear, or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange. In addition, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you if the refund was approved. If so, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping

Shipping Coverage: We ship to non-remote areas worldwide.

Processing & Delivery Time: Orders are confirmed within 48 hours and processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping takes 7-15 business days, depending on the product and location.

Shipping Costs: All orders qualify for free shipping.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: A Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped. The tracking number becomes active within 2-3 days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to their order.

Order Cancellation or Changes: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. However, orders can be canceled if contacted within 24 hours after placement. Custom products cannot be canceled once production has started.

Address Changes: For any changes in address, contact us at service@goettinshoes.com before your order is shipped.
