Returns Policy
Return Period: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Shoes must be tried on indoors on carpet. Note: Sale items cannot be returned.
Return Process: Initiate a return by contacting us at service@goettinshoes.com.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges not related to quality issues. This cost will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and Issues: Immediately inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and address the issue.
Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases cannot be returned.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you if the refund was approved. If so, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Coverage: We ship to non-remote areas worldwide.
Processing & Delivery Time: Orders are confirmed within 48 hours and processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping takes 7-15 business days, depending on the product and location.

Order Cancellation or Changes: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. However, orders can be canceled if contacted within 24 hours after placement. Custom products cannot be canceled once production has started.

I bought 2 pairs of different styles. The shoes are exactly as described and are really comfortable to wear. I am very happy with them and would probably buy another pair if they get worn out from too much wear.

I'm using this for a heels dance performance. The peep toes is good for wider feet allowing all toes to have room and not be cramped. I also like that it zips in the back. I can get the perfect lace up and then take them on and off from the back.

As soon as i got them I went ahead and slipped them on. Perfect fit, true to size. It also has the sexy look to them as-well! They are super comfortable! As an experienced dancer I appreciated the sole, it was soft enough to point my toes, but sturdy enough to have footing. The stiletto it self is also a great size! These definitely remind me of Burju Heels!
